Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Galleria (“we”, “us”), operated from the Republic of Armenia. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Galleria.
1. The service
Galleria lets photographers upload photos, organise them into chapters (automatically or by hand), publish them as online galleries in different designs, and let their clients view and download them.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and give correct information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. Your photos
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store, copy, resize and analyse your photos for sorting, and to show them to the people you share them with.
You confirm that you have the right to upload and share every photo, including the permission of the people in them (and of parents for children) where the law requires it.
We never sell your photos, never use them for advertising and never use them to train AI models.
4. Acceptable use
You may not upload or share content that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, that sexually exploits anyone, or that is meant to harass or harm. You may not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or use it to spread malware or spam. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans and storage
The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our pricing page (3 GB of storage, 5 designs). Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) add storage and features as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. If you use more storage than your plan allows, new uploads are paused until you free up space or upgrade.
6. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay; applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle based on your location.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your dashboard. After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and then moves to the Free plan. Your galleries stay online with the Free plan limits.
8. Refunds
If you are not happy with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan. A renewal can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date. Refunds are made by Paddle to the original payment method. To ask for a refund, contact us or Paddle (see the link in your payment receipt).
This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
9. Availability and backups
We work to keep Galleria available and your photos safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features. Galleria is not a backup service: always keep your own copies of your original files.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Galleria and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we shut down the service as a whole, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can download your photos.
11. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will notify photographers about important changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are settled by the courts of Armenia, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to go to court where you live.
